Designed to maintain milk at a consistent temperature, the digital thermostat helps support the preparation of light and consistent milk foam. The heated stainless steel top keeps cups warm and ready for serving, making this model ideal for professional coffee environments.

The integrated capacitive milk-level sensor detects the presence of milk inside the container and sends an alert signal to the digital thermostat.

This model includes a transparent 4-litre MONOMILK Milk Box and features a lockable door for added security.
